One of the two new labels introduced by I Forestieri. The "Bianco" is a community wine, where estate-grown grapes are blended with those from friendly local farmers: Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca Lunga, and Vermentino, creating a quintessential Maremma blend.

It is a "graceful" and snappy wine. The attack is fresh and savory, with a clean and thirst-quenching finish. The partial maceration of the Trebbiano adds a light tactile tension without weighing down the palate.

I Forestieri sono due giovani vignaioli, Dario arrivato da Pisa ed Ezequiel nativo Argentino, che incrociano le proprie strade a Roccatederighi, nell’Alta Maremma. "Crediamo che l’unico modo di esprimere un territorio e di conseguenza fare il vino sia senza l’uso di chimica, così in vigna come in cantina. Fermentiamo succo d’uva con i suoi lieviti indigeni, non viene usato altro che una piccolissima quantità di solforosa prima dell’imbottigliamento."
