A wine that speaks of its territory and its extraordinary uniqueness, celebrating the two 'queen grapes' of this enchanted corner of the Val d’Alpone. In Roncà, on a unique volcanic soil, Garganega and Durella express themselves at their finest: the former with its enveloping roundness, the latter with its vertical and vibrant freshness.

The wine presents a luminous straw-yellow color, enhanced by golden highlights. On the nose, it releases a rich bouquet where lively citrus notes intertwine with scents of wild flowers, aromatic herbs, and an elegant hint of flint. The palate is textural, mineral, dry, and surprisingly persistent. The intriguing acidity merges with an enveloping structure, delivering a long and unforgettable finish.

Sòber

Sòber is the project of Andrea Tirapelle, and it is "the result of something that wasn't there before, but which, in reality, has always been there. That 'something' is the awareness of what the land and nature had always offered, but which only over time have I been able to recognize and value."

Since 2019, Andrea has been transforming a small family vineyard—originally a side activity—into a project that blends past and present. It is guided by an "ultra-bio" production philosophy that begins in the vineyard and carries through to the bottle.

The core of this project is Roncà, a corner of paradise at the foot of the Lessini Mountains in the eastern Verona area. Here, the vineyards span approximately one hectare distributed across various terraces. The soil is of volcanic origin, where the surface is covered by a layer of red clay concealing a skeleton of outcropping basaltic rock.

In this unique setting, Garganega and Durella grapes are grown, traditionally trained using the Pergola Veronese system and framed by woods and olive trees. These vineyards are a true sanctuary of biodiversity, where nature finds its perfect balance even between the rows.
