Compared to the previous vintage, the 2022 adds a little more complexity and drinking dynamics. The wine expresses itself through the same canvas, which in the third vintage is perceived to be Filippo and Giulia's style: elegance and finesse, the extra ingredient being a more marked acidic vein that does not upset the drinkability but brings the right tension and lengthens the memory. Truly well made!

How nice it is to taste wines that faithfully reflect the place and the vintage! A free and expressive wine. At Inula's we tasted it with pasta with beans, of unique goodness. If perfection existed, this pairing would come close!

Inula è Filippo e Giulia. Un progetto che nasce nel 2018 sui colli bolognesi, la scelta forte di legarsi ad un territorio che li ha accolti ( trentino lui, veneta lei). Inula è una creatura "microscopica" come la definisce Filippo, ma che ha tanto da raccontare. Il loro vino ci ha fatto impazzire, capace com'è di rivelare la loro passione per la terra.

Un'uva che emoziona

Grechetto Gentile or Pignoletto, is the grape of the province of Bologna, historically and traditionally it has always been here, ever since we can remember.
A rich and generous grape, which does not have its fundamental characteristic in the aromatic part, but which nevertheless, if worked with care and attention, expresses a beautiful richness of flavour in the mouth in its ‘still’ variant and with a little refinement!
Inula is like that! A textured wine, rich in substance, with a dynamic and graceful pace. An agile sip that fills the mouth and immediately dries it, fresh and very drinkable, a great discovery!
