Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, with great impact and balance. Denny we know is a talented winemaker with a hand that always works in great finesse and cleanliness, an expert connoisseur of bottle refermentation, he gives proof of great sensitivity in the production of his "stills."

Wine that in its simplicity knows how to be explosive and dynamic in the mouth. The taste is dominated by the sensation of freshness that accompanies the sip from start to finish, a gentle and never biting acidity that helps the aromatic notes to make their way into the glass with extreme clarity: apricot, honey and fresh almond, more floral and field herb scents.

A stimulating wine that can quench the thirst with great pleasure.

Podere Cipolla

Podere Cipolla is located south of the ancient Via Emilia in Coviolo, on the outskirts of Reggio Emilia, in the heart of one of the world's most famous food and wine areas. It was established in 2003 thanks to Danny Bini, who at the time started with two small plots of half a hectare each planted with local grapes-Malbo Gentile, Grasparossa and Ancellotta.
