The maceration of 4 days, allow this wine to achieve fascinating nuances: distinct aromaticity of citrus and herbs such as sage and lavender, balanced acidity and excellent drinkability, these are the distinguishing features of a brightly colored wine with a lively and enjoyable spirit.

Excellent expression of bottle-refermented by one of the greatest Italian masters of the type: Denny Bini.

Podere Cipolla

Podere Cipolla is located south of the ancient Via Emilia in Coviolo, on the outskirts of Reggio Emilia, in the heart of one of the world's most famous food and wine areas. It was established in 2003 thanks to Danny Bini, who at the time started with two small plots of half a hectare each planted with local grapes-Malbo Gentile, Grasparossa and Ancellotta.
