Dario's interpretation of his Friulano, from a beautiful old vineyard with plants with an average age of 60 years, is super traditional. A tradition that wanted this grape macerated for a long time in fermentation, at the time for conservation needs, then they realized that this was the only way to carry the true imprint of the place in the glass.

Minerality and freshness come together in a very long finish, supported by tannin that does its job, lightened by citrus and herbal notes.

Princic Dario

L'azienda agricola Dario Princic è una perla posta ai piedi delle montagne che segnano il confine con la vicina Slovenia. Imbottigliatori dal 1993, prima di allora Dario vendeva le uve alle cantine locali. La rivoluzione comincia prima, infatti dal 1988 non si utilizzano in alcun modo prodotti chimici nei vigneti, solo fertilizzanti naturali (letame bovino ed equino) e poco rame e zolfo per i trattamenti aerei.
