Princic's Sauvignon was born at the behest of Dario's sons, according to a very happy intuition that led them to want to vinify the variety in purity.

Produced in only 900 bottles for the 2019 vintage, it is a rare (and already sold out) wine with a character and freshness that make it truly special. On the palate, intense fruity notes of ripe apple and apricot jam, salivating freshness with vegetal hints that give brio and rhythm to the drink. Long and aromatic finish.

L'azienda agricola Dario Princic è una perla posta ai piedi delle montagne che segnano il confine con la vicina Slovenia. Imbottigliatori dal 1993, prima di allora Dario vendeva le uve alle cantine locali. La rivoluzione comincia prima, infatti dal 1988 non si utilizzano in alcun modo prodotti chimici nei vigneti, solo fertilizzanti naturali (letame bovino ed equino) e poco rame e zolfo per i trattamenti aerei.
