Vinification: The entire winemaking process is without the addition of SO2 and takes place in open amphora, where the grapes macerate on the skins for 20 days.

A unique and kaleidoscopic wine by former architect Gabrio Bini. It comes from ancient Zibibbo sapling vines grown on the island of Pantelleria. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on the skins in terracotta pots for seven months.
