Vinification: Destemming. Maceration and fermentation on the skins in open vats without conrolling temperature s and using native yeasts. Multiple pigeage per day. Malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels

Aging: In medium and large barrels of slavonian oak for two years.

Very elegant expression of pure Malvasia Istriana, fine and full of energy for a wine of particular strength and intensity, persistent. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar there are no manipulations or shortcuts. Maceration on skins in open vats with multiple daily punching down and subsequent aging in oak barrels.

It sips with clean flavors, which works well on the table, even on complex and aromatically elaborate dishes.
