Aging: into oak vats for 22 months.

A soft, fresh, spicy and very persistent wine from a selection of Vitovska. In the mouth, it is fascinating in its body and buttery texture due to the wine's maturation on the lees.

Pronounced but extremely pleasant acidity that gives the wine freshness and juiciness. The tannins are present but delicate. Vitovska in this area can always give great minerality to the wine, which is expressed with a clear saline note. It is an elegant, yet very complex wine, the result of Benjamin Zidarich's extraordinary interpretation of the terroir.
