Macerated white wine from 100% Malvasia di Candia grapes, from a beautiful vineyard at 600 meters above sea level.

Elevage for about 12 months in mulberry barrels delivers a wine with a vivid and broad aromatic profile. On the nose lime blossom and broom, enveloping fruity notes of peach, currant, pineapple and yellow orange, hints of herbs such as thyme and mint with marine memories. In the mouth it is savory complex and true, a fully Mediterranean wine.
