Dino's Chora Rosso is the quintessential Magliocco from L'Acino Vini: bright, easy with a fresh soul. The grapes for the chora come from the youngest vineyards, all organically grown, hand-picked and vinified with a good portion of whole clusters during spontaneous fermentation.

The resulting wine is bottled unfiltered early the following spring and shows exactly what it is that Magliocco can express at higher altitudes: it is not a muscular or overripe wine, but expresses itself with a pure youthful exuberance of barely ripe dark berries, fresh plum and vegetal hints of tomato and basil, combined with spicier hints of white pepper, then star anise and earthy hints.
