Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with a 35-day maceration (with progressive removal of the cap to avoid over-extraction).

Aging: The wine matures in stainless steel on its fine lees for 6 months, with periodic batonnage to increase its creaminess, before a short rest in the bottle.

Serving temperature: 12-14° C

A wine in full evolution; although still very young, it already expresses a very firm character.

Trebbiano 70% and Malvasia Bianca Lunga 30% as per tradition; on the palate it is seductive, engaging the mid-palate with substance and a beautiful acidity. The prominent notes are of broom flowers, yellow-fleshed fruits, and a light tannin that increases its complexity in a fatal attraction!
