Grape variety: Ciliegiolo, Sangiovese

Vinification: Destemming with soft crushing, a very short maceration for about 30 minutes, gentle pressing, and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel.

Aging: In stainless steel on the fine lees for 6-8 months.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C

The grapes come from a small vineyard of only 0.6 hectares located at approximately 390 meters above sea level, characterized by medium-textured soils with clay schists and sandstones.

A blend of 80% Ciliegiolo and 20% Sangiovese, brought together to enhance fragrance and structure respectively.

The ideal companion for moments of conviviality without too much formality.

Extremely graceful and fresh, with aromas of pink grapefruit, flowers, and a subtle spicy touch.

On the palate, it is consistent with its name: the sip is fresh, fruity, and effortless. It displays a slightly tannic texture (a heritage of the Sangiovese) and a mineral sapidity that makes it long and food-friendly.

Only 400 bottles produced.
