Zero Leftovers is the "recovery" wine.

It contains all the second pressings of the estate's white grapes, proving that of the grapes, the good ones, the ones raised well and picked at the right ripeness, nothing is thrown away (or maybe it was something else..).

Anyway, the wine is embarrassingly good. Rustic, energetic, free-range, simple and quick-drinking. Fresh acidity and a very slight tannic tension also lengthen its flavor, which tastes of citrus and almond.
