Very expressive nose that opens into a lively, ringing note that tastes a bit of fruit and a bit saltiness. In the mouth the raspberry fruit returns with a fat and dusty matter typical of bottle refermented wines. Smooth, intense sip, bubble present and lively with good persistence.
A pink refermented with nuts. Very good.
