Chardonnay fermented on the skins with a small amount of Pinot Blanc, about 10%. A wine that was born with the idea of fully succeeding in expressing the soul of a vineyard. With this wine you break the mold on what you expect from a Chardonnay.

In the mouth it is full-bodied, mineral, saline, smelling of hibiscus with notes of dried apricot and hay. Wild and deep!
