Exuberant and joyful wine made with Nebbiolo from young vines and Freisa from Bricco Montalbano.

Co-fermented at different degrees of ripeness, the harvest is punctuated by the Nebbiolo that is slightly late, so the Freisa arrives at the winery over-ripened and will give the deepest part from an aromatic point of view.

Spontaneous fermentation in cement and aging in the same containers for 6 months. Memories wants to be the wine of remembrance for Gabriele, with a style and thinking similar to that produced by his grandfather. On tasting it is exuberant with aromas of raspberries and citrus, lavender flowers and herbs. Elegant tannin, gentle aromas in full harmony.

Gabriele Morra

Gabriele Morra is a young winery, born in 2013 from the meeting of two friends, Gabriele Testa and Stefano Campaniello, born in 1981 and 1983, respectively. Gabriele Morra was the grandfather of the first of the two; he had taken over one of those old, traditional Piedmontese wineries years ago.

The boys met through Stefano's work, in the restaurant business for as long as they can remember; he was a dining room manager at a restaurant that had Gabriele as a client.

The passion for wine and the affinity of both of them for bottles of natural production philosophy led them over time to embark on this adventure together in a perfect mix. Gabriele who loves to spend his time working the vineyard and helping the soil maintain its balance; in the winery Stefano has clear ideas, working with long fermentations, concrete tanks and oak barrels with the goal of having territorial wines.
