Dolcetto locally is called Nibiô and is a grape variety with special characteristics: endowed with great tannin but also good freshness combined with a very interesting fruit character.

The 2016 expresses itself in all its brightness with a soft mouth entry made of ripe and spicy small red and black fruits. The palate is well structured with salivating acidity and lively tannins. With time it tends to abandon its natural rusticity and becomes finer and more elegant. A wine with great aging capacity.
