Dolcetto locally is called Nibiô and is a grape variety with special characteristics: endowed with great tannin but also good freshness combined with a very interesting fruity character. A powerful but very elegant wine.

The 2011 vintage will be remembered in time as an unconventional vintage, in fact it was very early with an uneven temperature trend and not excessive vineyard yields.
