Nose with delicious notes of raspberries, cherries, grenadine, roses with a hint of sweet spices. The palate is fine and delicate, slightly tannic with aromas of red fruits and flowers. The tannins are crisp and fine. It closes with nice acidity that gives tension and fast, slippery drinking.

Les Pieds Sur Terre nasce nel 2014 quando Valentin Morel, laureato in legge e funzionario della prefettura, decide di tornare alle sue origini contadine subentrando al padre Jean-Luc nella gestione dell’azinenda. Siamo a Poligny, nella splendida regione dello Jura. Durante i suoi studi Valentin ha avuto modo di venire in contatto con il pensiero di Rudolf Steiner rimanendone affascinato, tanto da convertire immediatamente il domaine alla biodinamica.
