Whole cluster vinification in steel and fiberglass with maceration for about 3 weeks. The wine ages in barrels for 2 winters. Total sulfur dioxide 25 mg/l.

A regional appellation of great merit, tasting certifies a complex wine, despite being the "entry" label for reds. Lively nose with rose petals, spicy notes of white pepper and a shooty fruit! In the mouth we find cherry and very fresh and crisp red plum. A new, free Burgundy!
