"The Panda has a history that began in Copenhagen in 2015. We were there visiting our importer and some of his clients. He's a very "mad" guy, full of energy and enthusiasm, who asked us to do crazy things, like jumping in our underwear into a river from one of the busiest bridges in the city center. We told him "no," and he retorted, "never say no."

After a few of these answers, I showed him a truly hilarious commercial for an Egyptian cheese called Panda, whose motto was "never say no to panda" watch it here. He was captivated by it and watched it constantly. At the end of the trip, he asked us if we could create a special, aromatic rosé cuvée for him, to be named Panda.

We made it for the first time in 2016, and it was so good that all our clients asked for it. So, we decided to produce it not just for the Danish market, but for everyone.

After all, nobody can say no to Panda."

"Lammidia is our personal project, started from scratch, by us; it was not a family business, we did not own vineyards or land before.
