"The Bianco represents our new "continuative" white wine, sourced from our Casanova vineyard. The Trebbiano grapes are the same ones we use for the Bianco Anfora, but harvested a little earlier to preserve their freshness.

The clay and limestone soil imparts the right freshness and minerality."

"Lammidia is our personal project, started from scratch, by us; it was not a family business, we did not own vineyards or land before.
