"Our project has always been driven by what we like and what inspires us; in the years we used to taste Riesling many times and it has been one our favorite variety.

In the same time we have visited many wine growers in Alsace, Mosel and Germany, where Riesling comes from; after talking with them and studying the best way to bring it in Abruzzo, we finally planted it in 2021 and making the first wine in 2023."

In a blind tasting, the ries 2023 is exactly what you expect from a Riesling: honey-crisp apple, lime zest and the typical petroleum wax.

"Lammidia is our personal project, started from scratch, by us; it was not a family business, we did not own vineyards or land before.
