Vinification: Fermentation spontaenea with indigenous yeasts in steel and fiberglass tanks. Separate fermentation and aging of the two grape varieties.

Aging: 6 months in fiberglass tanks and blending. Re-fermentation in bottle with previously frozen must from the same vintage.

Serving temperature: 10-12° C
