Danger 380 Volts 2024
Velké Bìlovice, Moravia
The new vintage of Nestarec's most beloved sparkling wine appears more electric than ever (...maybe it should be called 400 Volts?). Featuring even sharper and more refreshing acidity than 2019, it is a field blend of three grapes:
Neuburger, which gives personality and a great identity.
Müller Thurgau and Muscat that give slightly aromatic and tropical notes.
From Sahary's sandy vineyard, a broadside of revitalizing energy.

The farm is located in the picturesque landscape of South Moravia. Among dirt roads, rural hamlets and ancient abbeys. Here, space is found for 94% of all the hectares under vine in the Czech Republic. The predominantly flat soils, which occasionally give way to slight undulations, and a continental climate, characterized by cool, rainy summers and dry, cold winters, make the area more than conducive to viticulture.
It all started in 2001 when Milan's father planted 8 hectares of vines in the two wine-growing municipalities-Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. Milan studied enology with Aleš Kristančič of Movia with whom he learned a lot about the delicate art of making white wines fermented on skins.
