This wine perfectly embodies Milan's unassuming Moravian roots. Made from local "common" grapes: Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling (Italic Riesling) and a lot of Muller-Thurgau, which traditionally were always blended together for an everyday wine. The reason is simple: these varieties do not ripen easily, so they give wines that are low in alcohol and easy to drink. They also have higher yields, so you can get more quantity. And they are neutral, so they do not have intense aromatics that thicken the drink. In short, Běl is the ideal combination for a wine drunk "in masses by the masses."

It is a wine made in a very classic way, no maceration, just soft pressing and then some time in stainless steel. The idea here is to have wine that you can literally drink with everyone, whose "rustic finesse" best conveys the message in the bottle.

From the producer

Milan Nestarec

The farm is located in the picturesque landscape of South Moravia. Among dirt roads, rural hamlets and ancient abbeys. Here, space is found for 94% of all the hectares under vine in the Czech Republic. The predominantly flat soils, which occasionally give way to slight undulations, and a continental climate, characterized by cool, rainy summers and dry, cold winters, make the area more than conducive to viticulture.

It all started in 2001 when Milan's father planted 8 hectares of vines in the two wine-growing municipalities-Moravský Žižkov and Velké Bílovice. Milan studied enology with Aleš Kristančič of Movia with whom he learned a lot about the delicate art of making white wines fermented on skins.
