Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. After a period of aging of about 5 months on the lees in a concrete tank, must of raisin garganega grapes is added at the time of bottling, which allows a new fermentation in the bottle.

"Gargànte is our most joyful wine, an expression of the first harvest of only Garganega grapes grown respecting the biological balance of the vineyards at the foot of the Euganean Hills.

After soft pressing of the grapes, fermentations in tanks take place spontaneously, without the use of selected yeasts. Second fermentation in the bottle takes place by adding a small percentage of passito must to the sparkling base at bottling, with no sulfur added. Enjoy it, as we do in making each of these bottles."

Herbaceous and fruity aromas, in the mouth it flows joyfully and crisply. Wine for any occasion.
