"Dilètto" is our most surprising wine, born from a trial made in the cellar "for our own pleasure," with no addition of selected yeasts and protected with minimal amounts of sulfur dioxide, this wine presents an unexpected saline note, unusual for our territory but suggestively indicated by the local toponymy-we are not far from the so-called Saline. For this reason it seemed unfair to keep it to ourselves." Claudio Scala.
In addition to the saline and mineral note already mentioned, it has fragrant notes of fresh fruit such as peach and white currant, smooth on the palate with a citrus sensation of beautiful persistence that accompanies the whole drink.
