Producer: Cristian Ronfini Contadino
Rusticale Vino Bianco Frizzante
Col San Martino, Treviso
Pure Glera, from ancient hillside vineyards where precious native varieties such as Bianchetta and Perera still survive. An essential wine that tells with authenticity the deep bond with a unique territory that has always been devoted to viticulture.
Bottled in spring, it rests for 2-3 months in the bottle before being ready to express all its freshness and identity.
Cristian Ronfini Contadino
Cristian Ronfini is a young 30-year-old farmer born and raised in the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, more precisely in Col San Martino in the province of Treviso.
He comes from a family that has been involved in wine production for at least 3 generations and has been making his own wine and bottling excellent sparkling wines for around 30 years.
In 2013, after graduating from the Conegliano oenological school and gaining a little experience in other companies, he joined the family business, dealing mostly with the agronomic side, taking care of the vineyards with the aim of producing high quality grapes. "This is how I started experimenting and producing my first bottles of refermented wine in 2014, which, despite the year not being one of the best, is still proving to be really interesting almost 10 years later.
At the basis of my way of making wine is the intent and objective of transmitting a territory and a tradition, which in my opinion are much more valid than the perception that has been created over the last 20 years." Cristian
