SpiritoLibero Rosè Dosaggio Zero
Col San Martino, Treviso
This rosé is the result of an ever-changing balance between Glera and Pinot Noir, vinified separately and blended in proportions that vary depending on the vintage, to bring out the best of their characteristics.
An elegant and creamy bubble for a sharp wine with a strong character. Vinification involves cold maceration for about 24 hours, followed by soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and wood. A wine of great class, a classic method with a long finish.
Matured for 24 months on the lees, without dosage, it expresses freshness, finesse and an elegant structure.
A beautiful novelty from the traditional prosecco zone.
Cristian Ronfini Contadino
Cristian Ronfini is a young 30-year-old farmer born and raised in the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, more precisely in Col San Martino in the province of Treviso.
He comes from a family that has been involved in wine production for at least 3 generations and has been making his own wine and bottling excellent sparkling wines for around 30 years.
In 2013, after graduating from the Conegliano oenological school and gaining a little experience in other companies, he joined the family business, dealing mostly with the agronomic side, taking care of the vineyards with the aim of producing high quality grapes. "This is how I started experimenting and producing my first bottles of refermented wine in 2014, which, despite the year not being one of the best, is still proving to be really interesting almost 10 years later.
At the basis of my way of making wine is the intent and objective of transmitting a territory and a tradition, which in my opinion are much more valid than the perception that has been created over the last 20 years." Cristian
