100% Pinot Noir from a 4-hectare vineyard with a south, south-west exposure on the hills around Borgo Priolo in Oltrepò Pavese.

A superb sparkling wine, truly delicious. It appears in the glass with a pale golden yellow hue. On the nose, it reveals an aroma of lemon strawberries with a very light dusting of cinnamon. On the palate, it's dry, incisive, immediate, and delightful. Immediate acidity enhances its freshness. Fresh red fruit returns, enriched by a hint of black pepper and a persistent mineral tension.

Powerful, as only a true-bred Pinot Noir can be!

Solo Uva

SoloUva non è solamente il nome di questa cantina ma anche il metodo con cui si fanno i vini. Il processo prevede l'utilizzo sia per la rifermentazione in bottiglia che per il dosaggio, l'utilizzo degli zuccheri contenuti nell'uva vendemmiata a piena maturazione, anziché del saccarosio. Questo consente di produrre vini senza ingredienti esogeni aggiunti, solo UVA!
