So good. A simple wine but one with beautiful character. Creamy and fruity, this is not a wine that expresses itself only on notes of pronounced acidity, but it knows how to tend to warmer hints, a sign that the grapes were harvested at the right ripeness. Yellow-fleshed fruit and great flavor balance. Only 4 g/lt the dosage made with frozen must!

Solo Uva

SoloUva non è solamente il nome di questa cantina ma anche il metodo con cui si fanno i vini. Il processo prevede l'utilizzo sia per la rifermentazione in bottiglia che per il dosaggio, l'utilizzo degli zuccheri contenuti nell'uva vendemmiata a piena maturazione, anziché del saccarosio. Questo consente di produrre vini senza ingredienti esogeni aggiunti, solo UVA!
