Everything about this wine screams Masterpiece! Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal measure, 5g/l residual sugar, aged twenty-four months on the lees.

Burgundy that bears a tremendous resemblance to Champagne because of the limestone clay soil. Tasted "à la volée." Very few bottles. A Dream.

Alice et Quentin Beaufort è un domaine nato nel 2007. Borgogna: tutto ha inizio quando Alice e Quentin Beaufort rilevano una vigna a Prusly sur Ource, nella Cote d’Or, in Borgogna. A pochi chilometri di distanza dalla Champagne, il territorio è particolarmente vocato per il pinot noir e, per condizioni climatiche, ricorda quelle di Polisy, nella già succitata Champagne. Champagne: lo Champagne Quentin Beaufort è senza tempo. Quentin Beaufort è il compositore del vino. Rende leggiadre le cose difficili. Artista emergente, ricorda i grandi incompresi. La cantina ha sede a Polisy, nell’Aube.
