100% Jacquère from old vines planted on the first slopes of Mont Granier, on calcareous marly soils with lots of stones. 

A wine with a refined palate, very fast in the mouth where the freshness and aromaticity of lime juice and green apple comes through, accompanied by a nice mineral structure (the name is not by coincidence!). We recommend that you do not drink it too cool in temperature, the nose may come across as not very expressive. Made airy it expresses notes of white flowers and almond. 

Highly enjoyable wine, if you don't know it yet, don't waste any more time!
