The Quartz cuvée comes from terraced vineyards (up to 60% slope!!!) facing south on the famous shale and mica schist slope of the Cevins.

100% Altesse grown biodynamically and trained on the pergola, with a ridiculous average yield of just 20 hl per hectare.

A wine of superb finesse and balance. Truly the result of craftsmanship one has the sensation of tasting a truly unique work. Distinct aromaticity, where the bouquet always remains taut without ever blurring into excessive sweetness. On the palate it is crystalline with great intensity and purity of taste. Very few bottles produced for this great interpreter of the territory.
