The vineyards from which this beautiful blend of Chardonnay, Jacquere and Mondeuse Blanc comes are planted on west-facing slopes with clay soils mixed with shale marl and hard black shale.

The nose is delicious, revealing notes of white fruits and peach with lovely minerality. The palate is lively and full, with aromas of white fruit and almond. The finish is very persistent and salivating. Be careful when you uncork it, it finishes quickly.
