Vinotte shares the same grapes as Primi Passi: 100% Trebbiano Toscano and represents the second pressing in a manual wooden press (Primi Passi is made with must fiore i.e. first pressing) made the day after the first pressing.

Compared to Primi Passi it presents harder and dustier notes, with always in the background a note of yellow-fleshed fruit, light tannin and intense aromaticity. Very interesting glass.

Sagona

The farm was established in March 2012 by Daniele Corrotti and is located at 500 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, in the province of Arezzo. Cultivation is organic. The land is all leased: small peasant farms organized according to subsistence farming: olive trees, vegetable garden, arable land and fruit trees are often found alongside the vineyards. A small corner of paradise in the wildest “minor” Tuscany.
