Allergens: contiene solfitiChat Zen 2018 is a blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chasan, 20% Colombard, from vineyards planted on limestone sands in Carcassonne. The yield is very low, just 6 hl/ha. Non-interventionist vinification with 30-day whole-cluster maceration for the Colombard, direct crushing for the other two varietals, aging in stoneware eggs for one year.
It is a wine that leaves its mark, citrusy with orange, has slight oxidized notes on exotic fruit and curry. A new and enlivening experience, a typical result for Antony's wines, which always make you try something new !

La Sorga
La Sorga nasce nel 2008 con l'idea di selezionare, comprare e vinificare uve provenienti da aree differenti del Sud della Francia. Tutte provenienti da vigne gestite in regime biologico o biodinamico, avendo cura di rispettare ed esprimere ogni terroir con l’utilizzo di vitigni autoctoni, vigne vecchie e vinificazioni poco invasive.
Antony ha un gran manico e un gran palato, ragione per cui i suoi vini, sono sempre un'esperienza imperdibile!
