B. 100%. "La Ideale" is from young plants of the area's most important native grape. Spontaneously fermented in concrete to maintain aromatic and fruit notes and matured for 8 months in large oak barrels.

Berries dominate the palate, from the darkest blackberries to the freshest raspberries, then herbs and a warm spicy note. B. in its purest form, mouthwatering!

Tenuta Foresto is a young Piedmontese reality born in the winter of 2016/2017, when a semi-abandoned farmhouse was taken over. In this wonderful place, the vineyards had not been intensively farmed for many years, the perfect condition to start the project.
