Aging: 20 months in oak and tonneau barrels
Allergens: contiene solfitiPinot Noir from two different vineyards, each fermented separately. The first at 350mt/slm in the province of Trento on limestone soil, whose grapes are fermented whole cluster with a short maceration. The second comes from the Grawu vineyard in Naturno with granite and gneiss soil in Val Venosta at 550 mt/slm, is harvested a little riper and after 10 days is destemmed.
