The experimental soul of Balenaia, the landless wines expression of popular bottles. The name stands for "senza terra di proprietà," land entrusted to the boys of Balenaia who cultivate in harmony with the land. This year's landless is a bubbly based on the most classic of Tuscan white grapes.

Re-fermented in the bottle in spring, with frozen must from the same vintage as the base. In the glass it moves nimbly with a creamy, tangy bubble. Fruity notes of red berries and white peach, good texture and body that calls for simple and tasteful food pairings, such as a nice charcuterie board or a white meat charcoal.

An excellent remedy against thirst and summer heat.

Claudia e Ivan. Un percorso che nasce da lontano. Si incontrano a Dublino e decidono di tornare in Italia e quasi casualmente mettono radici in Toscana a Vinci, Famiglia e vigna. Dopo anni di studio e tanto lavoro nasce nel 2016 Balenaia, un progetto bellissimo che abbiamo l'onore di presentarvi!
