Denavolo originates from a field mix of approximately 30-year-old vines grown on the highest part of the hillside. On limestone soils, the clusters enjoy a fantastic exposure, thanks also to the discrete slope, which allows them to ripen fully slowly, thanks to the cool evening currents that guarantee a high temperature range during the growing season.

Tasting reveals a powerful and textured wine, fresh and full-bodied, to be drunk with great satisfaction. Notes of candied citrus and apple, spices and bread crust.
