This is the winery's entry wine, exuberant and lively, with a 6-day maceration on skins. A blend of all white grapes, the taste reveals its jovial character, yellow plum, dried flowers and more lemon peel, fennel and herbs. All with a slight tannic undertone that lends a touch of personality and matter.
