Selection of grapes from the old vineyard, a Sangiovese reminiscent of the great wines of the area. In processing it is conceptually close to a Reserve.

Less powerful and exuberant than the 2019, elegance is the stylistic hallmark of this wine. On the palate it has good smoothness, with floral, fruity notes of ripe cherries and a metallic touch on the nose.

On the palate it seems muffled, but it is the salty undercurrent that keeps the receptors on the tongue turned on, then come notes of ink, inky cherry, underbrush. Overall austere wine, with good tannin and a dry finish. Another great wine, an expression of a very interesting vintage.
