100% Sangiovese. The reinterpretation of tradition.

Selection of clusters from the old vineyard, a Sangiovese fruit of a particularly difficult year due to the great heat that made an early harvest necessary. In processing it is conceptually close to a Riserva.

On tasting the 2017 impressed us a lot. the wine at first seems to have a double soul: on the one hand soft, warm, ripe, on the other green notes of tomato leaf and celery and a still pawing tannin.

A multifaceted wine that in the course of time and aging had to find its balance and found it great.

Vivid and intense color, black cherry in syrup, pronounced mineral note with enviable tannin and freshness. Beautiful.
