In reality, Slurp is a complete wine, enticingly leaning into its freshness, but with a substantial soul that guarantees a respectable presence on the palate.

It's made from two different harvests: the first is an early pick of Sangiovese and Montepulciano, while the second, at full ripeness, includes Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, Montanina, and Moscato d'Amburgo.

This is a delicious and delightful wine, just as its perfectly fitting label suggests. It's more like "liquid strawberries" than strawberry juice, emphasizing its clear, sunny fruit core. Expect citrusy acidity and aromatic notes of Mediterranean herbs. This is a wine to drink, to let yourself be captivated by. If you're looking for a variation on a technical, light, fruity rosé, you need to knock somewhere else. Here, there's flavor, full of energy!

Cantina anonima è una piccola azienda che si trova sulle immediate colline a nord di Lucca. Nasce da un'idea di Damiano Donati, talentuoso ed eclettico Chef lucchese, che insieme all'amico ed esperto di vini Ruggero Baronti, ha dato vita a questo interessante progetto. Vigna di 1,5 ha in un contesto incontaminato ed una produzione minuscola. Vini veri, dritti, che ci hanno colpito per la loro immediatezza ed onestà.
