Refermented rosé made from Sangiovese and Montepulciano. It has a slight residual sugar in the bottle that lends a slight softness to a sip that is nonetheless very fresh and vertical.

A subtle no-frills rosé with great drinkability and taste. Almost scratchy thanks to its pronounced acidity but in total flavor balance!

Cantina anonima è una piccola azienda che si trova sulle immediate colline a nord di Lucca. Nasce da un'idea di Damiano Donati, talentuoso ed eclettico Chef lucchese, che insieme all'amico ed esperto di vini Ruggero Baronti, ha dato vita a questo interessante progetto. Vigna di 1,5 ha in un contesto incontaminato ed una produzione minuscola. Vini veri, dritti, che ci hanno colpito per la loro immediatezza ed onestà.
