An enticing blend of Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, with just one day of skin maceration, which gives the wine a very interesting color: an intense pink with orange hues.

On the palate, a firm and juicy fruit dominates. But it's no ordinary wine; in addition to wild strawberries and raspberries, it has an incisive citrus character with bitter oranges and a finish of pink grapefruit. The character and structure of this wine come from a pronounced acidity and a mineral texture that carries through the entire tasting. The lively finish also brings an herbaceous note!

Etnella è una giovane azienda agricola, fondata nel 2008 ad opera di Davide Bentivegna, situata sulle pendici orientali dell'Etna. Etnella è un piccolo paradiso, dove vengono coltivati 19 ettari di terreno di cui 9 ha a vigneto sparsi in 15 differenti contrade. Davide produce vini profondi e territoriali, dove il gusto del luogo è posto al centro.
